Recently, WEMC engineers completed comprehensive testing on a batch of 11 kV EMC filters for an overseas client. To ensure the products met performance targets and electrical safety requirements, the team conducted a series of rigorous tests, including shielding effectiveness, insertion loss, high-voltage partial discharge, and power-frequency withstand voltage. Thanks to WEMC's solid technical know-how and refined manufacturing, all tests were passed on the first attempt and the products were delivered on schedule.
WEMC's independently developed and manufactured high-voltage EMC power filters are rated up to 35 kV and 1600 A. They are widely used in shielded rooms, anechoic chambers, and EMP-protection scenarios with stringent requirements. This series not only offers excellent attenuation performance, but also stands out for electrical safety and operational stability.
In 2023, WEMC was awarded an invention patent certificate for high-voltage filters by the National Intellectual Property Administration, becoming the only domestic filter manufacturer in this field to hold such a patent. These products have been successfully deployed and have operated reliably to date and earned high praise from customers.
